WE Energy have completed major projects in petroleum-related onshore facilities. These projects are usually large multidiscipline EPCI contracts, and has often been performed in collaboration with partners. We are engaged in the construction of modules, both fixed installations and onshore facilities. In these projects, WE Energy has often had the responsibility for all EIT construction completion.

Procurement
in projects
This includes procurement of goods and equipment for own projects. As the supply often goes from land-based sources to offshore installation, procurement for offshore Projects frequently present challenges as offshore work proceed throughout the weekends and holidays while land-based activities are closed. Therefore, effective procurement planning and monitoring of supplier performance is critical to controlling the risks and costs involved in purchasing.
