This privacy statement applies to all business processes in WE Energy AS, hereinafter referred to as the Data Controller.
The statement provides information about data processing performed by the Data Controller and determines the purpose and means of processing as well as data processing we do on behalf of our customers based on their instructions.
Processing of personal data is necessary for us to be able to fulfill our contractual obligations and serve you as a customer.
Personal data can also be used for the following purposes: Sales, contact with customer service, marketing, information, bookkeeping.
When marketing by e-mail / sms, obtain an explicit consent in advance.
By providing us with your personal information, you accept the practices and terms described in this privacy statement.

Information Collected
Information can be registered and stored when you register at www.wegy.no and when you are in contact with sales and support either via e-mail, chat or when you use our services.
Where do we store information about you - and where do we share the information about you with others?

Our website platform is provided by wix.com. For Norwegian customers, data is stored in Ireland and is subject to EU GDPR legislation.
Subcontractors:
The data controller also uses services provided by 3rd parties. Here is an overview of subcontractors where information can be stored:
Google Analytics:
Google Analytics is used for traffic analysis. IP addresses and visitor patterns are stored.
Xledger AS:
Xledger is our payroll and accounting system and data required for accounting is stored here. Typical Name / address / orders / invoice.
Bring:
If we send packages with Bring, information related to shipping is thus shared, such as name, telephone number and address.
Postnord:
If we send parcels with PostNord, information related to shipping is thus shared, such as name, telephone number and address.

Communication through e-mail
As a customer, you will be able to receive e-mails about your customer relationship. For example, we will send you e-mail related to orders you have placed, forgotten password, information about your customer account, etc. This is defined as a legitimate interest and consent will not be needed.
As a customer of the Data controller, you can regularly receive news as long as you have given your active consent to it.
It is possible to unsubscribe from newsletters by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails.
Insight and correction
You are entitled to access the information registered about you. Access can also be obtained by sending an inquiry to post@wegy.no
If the registered information is incorrect or incomplete, you can demand that the information be corrected in accordance with the Personal Data Act.
Storage and deletion
Information that is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was created is deleted from our systems.
